We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented professional to join our organisation in the Australian aged care sector. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving organisational success and shaping the future of our business.

Job Description
  • Managing quarterly financial reports and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
  • Full responsibility for effective management reporting and financial analysis
  • Partnering with senior leadership to take a lead role in budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Engaging with stakeholders to provide key financial advice and insights
  • Providing financial analysis to support new development projects

You will be responsible for leading a team of multiple direct and indirect reports and working closely with operational and senior-level teams. Your excellent leadership skills, business partnering experience, and 'can-do' attitude make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualifications: Chartered Accountant or Certified Practising Accountant is mandatory
  • Management accounting/finance expertise, preferably in a regulated industry
  • Background in aged care or retirement villages is highly desirable but not essential
  • Proven leadership and ability to manage/mentor a team of eight
  • Business partnering experience that fosters collaboration with operational and senior-level teams
