Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking a Financial Leader to drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in the Health and Aged Care sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee quarterly reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop effective management reporting and financial analysis processes
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting activities with senior leadership
  • Provide financial advice and insights to stakeholders
  • Support new development projects and drive continuous improvement across processes and systems

Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) qualification is mandatory
  • Experience in management accounting and finance, preferably in a regulated industry
  • Background in aged care or retirement villages is highly desirable but not essential
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage/mentor a team of eight
  • Business partnering experience that fosters collaboration with operational and senior-level teams
  • A strong analytical mindset with a 'can-do' attitude and a drive for continuous improvement
