We are seeking a strategic leader to drive the financial performance of our organisation.

The Finance Manager will oversee a team, managing quarterly reporting and ensuring compliance with complex legislation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing effective management reporting and financial analysis
  • Partnering with senior leadership to take a lead role in budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Engaging with stakeholders to provide key financial advice and insights
  • Providing financial analysis to support new development projects
  • Providing effective leadership, including upskilling the finance business partnering capability within your team and driving continuous improvement across processes and systems
Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualifications: CA or CPA is mandatory
  • Management accounting/finance expertise, preferably in a regulated industry
  • Background in aged care or retirement villages is highly desirable but not essential
  • Proven leadership and ability to manage/mentor a team of eight
  • Business partnering experience that fosters collaboration with operational and senior-level teams
  • A 'can-do' attitude with inquisitiveness and a drive for continuous improvement
  • Willingness to dive into detailed and complex financial and regulatory matters when required
