Job Summary:

As a strategic leader in finance operations, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of multiple direct and indirect reports. Your key responsibilities will include managing quarterly reporting, ensuring compliance with complex legislation, and partnering with senior leadership to drive budgeting and forecasting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Quarterly Reporting and ensure compliance with complex legislation
  • Full responsibility for effective management reporting and financial analysis
  • Partner with senior leadership to take a lead role in budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Engage with stakeholders to provide key financial advice and insights
  • Provide financial analysis to support new development projects
  • Provide effective leadership and upskill the finance business partnering capability within your team
  • Navigate and implement changes to care legislation and regulations across

Requirements:

We are seeking a motivated, strategic, and detail-oriented professional with leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have qualifications such as CA or CPA, management accounting/finance expertise, preferably in a regulated industry, and background in aged care or retirement villages is highly desirable but not essential.
