Job Description">

We are seeking an experienced Finance Leader to drive financial strategy and excellence across our organisation.

  • Manage quarterly reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee financial analysis, management reporting, and budgeting processes.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, including forecasting and planning.
  • Provide key financial insights and advice to stakeholders, informing business decisions.
  • Support new development projects, driving innovation and growth.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) certification is mandatory.
  • Management accounting/finance expertise, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • A background in aged care or retirement villages is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing a team of eight.
  • Business partnering experience that fosters collaboration with operational and senior-level teams.
  • A strong work ethic, with a can-do attitude and drive for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to dive into detailed and complex financial matters when required.
