ClearCompany is seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to join our team in Charters Towers, Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee quarterly reporting and ensure compliance with complex Australian legislation.
  • Manage effective management reporting and financial analysis.
  • Partner with senior leadership to lead budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Provide key financial advice and insights to stakeholders.
  • Support new development projects, including expansion efforts.
  • Lead a team of eight and provide continuous improvement across processes and systems.
Requirements
  • Candidate must hold CA or CPA qualifications.
  • Experience in management accounting and finance, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Aged care or retirement villages background is highly desirable.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
  • Business partnering experience that fosters collaboration with operational and senior-level teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
