
Sales Growth Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales account executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving growth, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional results.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales account management and new business prospecting, with a strong knowledge of Salesforce and application software and services sales. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers: Make outbound calls to check in on account health and uncover new opportunities
- Drive growth: Focus on retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within the business unit
- Build strong relationships: Develop credibility and trust with key customer stakeholders
- Manage opportunities in Salesforce: Including forecasting, pipeline growth, opportunity progression, and account reviews
- Understand customer needs: Identify solutions that meet their goals and challenges
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales account management and new business prospecting
- Proficiency in Salesforce for managing pipeline, forecasting, and opportunities
- Experience in application software and services sales
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
