About the Business Development Manager Role

This is a key position within our organization responsible for driving business growth through sales. You will be accountable for running the full cycle from prospect to close, and as you progress, you will be entrusted with increasing responsibilities.

The base compensation and total remuneration package are variable and negotiable based on skill and experience. The listed figures serve as a baseline and target, open to discussion with the recruiter.

Key Performance Indicators and Benefits

$80K (Negotiable) base + $140K OTE (and people have achieved this)

KPI-based commission plus profit share on every successful deal.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to convert prospects into customers.
  • Owning your patch and your results; being accountable for meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Avoiding common pitfalls by asking insightful questions that prompt buyers to pause and consider alternative perspectives.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of sales experience.
  • Ability to perform in a competitive environment and handle rejection professionally.
  • A desire to continuously improve and grow in a sales career.
