Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager, responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients within the ANZ region.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in B2B sales and SaaS solutions to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales approach to achieve and exceed targets within the Mining, Utilities, and Construction sectors.
  • Identify high-potential prospects in the ANZ region and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, challenges, and opportunities in Mining, Utilities, and Construction to position our SaaS solutions effectively.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
  • Conduct thorough client needs assessments and deliver tailored SaaS solutions through compelling demonstrations and presentations.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with campaigns, market demands, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipeline activities, and provide regular forecasts and performance reports to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies while participating in training programs to enhance sales and product knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, focusing on the Mining, Utilities, or Construction sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly with SaaS solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the Mining, Utilities, and Construction industries, including their unique challenges.
  • Excellent ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, utilizing a consultative sales approach.
  • Experience using CRM software and sales tools such as Salesforce and MEDDPICC.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel within the ANZ region as needed, with a valid driver's license and passport.
