We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our sales team as a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in new client acquisition, be well-connected, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and develop relationships with customers and prospects.
- Focus on winning new business while taking a strategic approach to developing clients across the territory.
- Identify and qualify opportunities for solutions.
- Deliver differentiated solution proposals to customers and prospects.
- Work closely with vendor sales reps to co-sell solutions as required.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, working with pre-sales and bid managers as needed.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities in our CRM platform.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI's.
Mandatory Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of business development manager experience within the IT industry.
- A successful track record of strategic, solution-based selling across multiple technology domains.
- A seasoned sales professional with a hunter mentality.
- A strong network of contacts with vendors and customers.
- An autonomous self-starter, goal-oriented, and focused on meeting sales targets.
- Able to generate your own leads and develop marketing qualified leads.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of success.
- Driven to compete and win.
