Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our sales team as a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in new client acquisition, be well-connected, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage and develop relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Focus on winning new business while taking a strategic approach to developing clients across the territory.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities for solutions.
  • Deliver differentiated solution proposals to customers and prospects.
  • Work closely with vendor sales reps to co-sell solutions as required.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, working with pre-sales and bid managers as needed.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities in our CRM platform.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI's.
Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of business development manager experience within the IT industry.
  • A successful track record of strategic, solution-based selling across multiple technology domains.
  • A seasoned sales professional with a hunter mentality.
  • A strong network of contacts with vendors and customers.
  • An autonomous self-starter, goal-oriented, and focused on meeting sales targets.
  • Able to generate your own leads and develop marketing qualified leads.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of success.
  • Driven to compete and win.
