">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Manage existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities through effective account management and sales strategies.
  • Nurture and expand key client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the Sales Director, resulting in consistently exceeding targets.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Design and Engineering, to showcase Dematic's innovative solutions.
  • Work in partnership with Project Management to ensure smooth contract handovers.

About You

">
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in New Business Development, ideally within Engineering, Automation, or IT solution selling industries.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, managing accounts, and achieving consistent results.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and industry leaders.
  • A motivated self-starter with a strong desire to succeed, demonstrating professionalism, emotional intelligence, and a results-driven approach.
