Job Title: Field Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their safety and satisfaction. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

  1. 100% commitment to personal and business safety;
  2. Testing of lifting equipment on-site inspections;
  3. Maintenance and service repairs on products;
  4. Providing excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty;
  5. DIDO or FIFO to customer sites when and as required;
  6. Collaborating with the support team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution;

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting;
  • Demonstrated experience in manufacturing - preferred but not essential;
  • Valid driver's license - DIDO will be required and ability for possible FIFO;
  • Ability to work in a sometimes physically demanding role and at heights;
  • Flexibility and availability to travel.
