Job Title: Technical Documentation Specialist

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Technical Documentation Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and maintaining high-quality technical documentation to support Operations and Manufacturing Engineering.

You will work closely with subject matter experts, engineers, planners, and UK-based counterparts to develop documentation that supports build sequencing, work instructions, and operational procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain accurate, complete, and aligned technical documentation to support production and build readiness
  • Collaborate with SMEs and engineers to gather and validate technical content
  • Ensure documentation complies with program standards and version control protocols
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation processes and tools
Requirements
  • Proven experience in technical writing or authoring within a complex engineering or manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of engineering and production documentation standards
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering data
  • Proficiency in document management systems and authoring tools (e.g., Adobe FrameMaker, MS Word, XML-based tools)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documentation streams
