Job Title

IT Support Specialist for Global Operations

  • Provide expert technical support to ensure seamless IT operations across regional sites.

Duties include:

  • Managing system backups and server patching to maintain optimal performance.
  • Deploying new IT systems and infrastructure, including Active Directory, Sentinel One, TeamViewer, and more.
  • Collaborating with the IT Infrastructure Manager to deliver exceptional IT services.
  • Assisting in continuous IT systems improvement and providing staff training.
  • Traveling to MCC sites across the region to provide onsite support.

Key Systems Knowledge:

  • Hyperconverged Infrastructure, especially HPE SimpliVity.
  • Microsoft 365 and related platforms.
  • Aruba and Cisco Networking solutions.
  • Management Information Systems (MIS).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows Server 2019, Desktop OS, Office 365/Microsoft 365/Azure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Microsoft Intune, VMware, Veeam, and AWS.
  • Experience with network switches, patch panels, access points, and printer troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to end-users.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing environments is highly valued.
