Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled technical support specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for a range of technical issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and maintain clear documentation of technical processes and procedures
  • Conduct regular reviews of technical systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments and trends in the industry

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated experience in technical support and troubleshooting
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge, particularly in relation to application servers, PowerShell scripting, and Microsoft technology stack
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix and command-line tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
