In this pivotal position as the Strategic Broker Partnership Director, you will develop and maintain strong, high-performing relationships with top-tier brokers in NSW. Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our broker network.
  • Maintain exceptional communication and influencing skills to build strong relationships with brokers and internal stakeholders.
  • Cultivate a customer-centric approach to deliver tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of our broker partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires a commercially astute individual with a deep understanding of the General Insurance industry and its products. A background in sales and business development, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills, is essential for success. Holding ANZIIF CIP membership or equivalent and Tier 1 – RG 146 certification is highly preferred.

What We Offer:

As part of the Zurich team, you can expect a competitive salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:
