Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Broker Relationship Leader to develop strong relationships with top-tier brokers in NSW. This role involves establishing business development strategies, managing sales pipelines, and fostering accountability within the underwriting community.
Key Responsibilities- Drive commercial growth by building strategic partnerships with key brokers.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand the broker network.
- Manage sales pipelines and ensure timely delivery of results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the trading relationship and foster a multi-tier relationship across all levels.
- Commercial acumen with a deep understanding of the General Insurance industry.
- Sales and business development background.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated with a customer-centric mindset.
