Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Broker Relationship Leader to develop strong relationships with top-tier brokers in NSW. This role involves establishing business development strategies, managing sales pipelines, and fostering accountability within the underwriting community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive commercial growth by building strategic partnerships with key brokers.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand the broker network.
  • Manage sales pipelines and ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the trading relationship and foster a multi-tier relationship across all levels.
Requirements
  • Commercial acumen with a deep understanding of the General Insurance industry.
  • Sales and business development background.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated with a customer-centric mindset.
