About the Role

Linfox Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in attracting and securing top professionals for our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and intelligence to inform recruitment decisions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies that align with our business goals.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding activities.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings to ensure candidates meet Linfox's standards.
  • Utilise various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry events, to discover top talent.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to continuously refine our recruitment approach.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an Agency or in-house Talent Acquisition role.
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Excellent ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong relationships with hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong understanding of operational requirements and challenges within the logistics industry.

What We Offer

$90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a dynamic work environment.
