Employment Law Specialist - APAC Region

Join us as we seek a highly experienced Employment Law specialist to lead our team in the APAC region. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice on employment law matters and managing complex employment litigation cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on employment law matters, including compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manage and oversee employment litigation cases, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistent application of employment law principles across the organization.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to provide guidance on employment-related matters, including recruitment, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Advise on employment law aspects of business transactions, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in employment law and regulations, providing recommendations for updates to policies and procedures.
  • Lead training programs for employees on employment law and related topics.

Requirements:

  • Qualified lawyer with significant experience in employment law.
  • Proven track record of managing complex employment litigation cases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to navigate complex legal issues.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
