Job Title: Employment Law Director

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our employment law efforts in the APAC region. This is a highly visible position that will report directly to the Global Head of Employment Law and interact with senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have approximately 7+ years of experience in employment law, either in-house or at a reputable law firm, and will be admitted to a regional bar. They will also possess excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, and be able to communicate complex ideas effectively.

The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for employment law issues in the APAC region, providing advice to HR leaders and other business stakeholders, and managing outside counsel relationships. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable about employment law in multiple jurisdictions, able to assess complex legal risks and opportunities, and make recommendations on employment-related matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong expertise in employment law with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
  • Admission to a regional bar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with employment law in multiple jurisdictions.
