About This Role

This role involves delivering high-quality property services, including repairs and maintenance, to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our residents. The position requires 2 days (13 hours) per week, ensuring we find the right fit for our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining a wide scope of activities, including:
  • Undertake preventative maintenance, repair, and improvement works according to Maintenance Schedules.
  • Ensure the physical environment aligns with resident preferences, is neat, comfortable, safe, and hazard-free.
  • Manage landscaping, garden maintenance, general repairs, and waste removal tasks.
  • Oversee asset assessment and provide recommendations for replacement when necessary.
  • Collaborate in managing Property Services projects.
  • Maintain compliance with Work Health and Safety and Property Services Quality Assurance procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Possess formal qualifications or relevant skills training/experience.
  • Experience in Property Maintenance and Building Works.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Ability to solve problems independently.
