Real Estate Technical Specialist

The RoleThis role involves ensuring ETS errors are minimized, ETS charges are accurately coded, and information produced by systems and processes remains current and of high quality.
- Review ETS orders within agreed service levels to prevent delays.
- Prepare monthly ETS reports and participate in regular review meetings.
- Respond to supplier queries regarding orders, prices, variations, and ETS status.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to process ETS orders efficiently and accurately.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding ETS status.
- Analyze construction plans, contract documentation, and purchase orders to verify ETS requests align with requirements.
- Evaluate the delegation of authority process for ETS approvals.
- Minimum 12 months of experience working in the building industry.
- Purchasing experience is preferred but not necessary.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Excel.
- Familiarity with Timberline, WMS, and PEWIN estimating systems is advantageous.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Residential housing industry.
