The Role

This role involves ensuring ETS errors are minimized, ETS charges are accurately coded, and information produced by systems and processes remains current and of high quality.

  • Review ETS orders within agreed service levels to prevent delays.
  • Prepare monthly ETS reports and participate in regular review meetings.
  • Respond to supplier queries regarding orders, prices, variations, and ETS status.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to process ETS orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding ETS status.
  • Analyze construction plans, contract documentation, and purchase orders to verify ETS requests align with requirements.
  • Evaluate the delegation of authority process for ETS approvals.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months of experience working in the building industry.
  • Purchasing experience is preferred but not necessary.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Timberline, WMS, and PEWIN estimating systems is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Residential housing industry.
