Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Partner to join our Facilities Workstream. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded and collaborative, with excellent project management skills and experience in facilities management. This permanent, full-time role is based at our head office in Pennant Hills, with expectations to travel to various schools across our Diocese.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage property projects from planning to implementation stages, including repairs and maintenance, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and legislation.
  • Respond to stakeholder queries and follow up on maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  • Undertake school site visits to scope school needs, ensure Principals are supported in managing property projects, and meet external party requirements.
  • Provide accurate reporting and documentation to meet deadlines pertaining to facilities work and longer-term projects.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement, expectations, and communication with local councils and authorities, schools, and local communities.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management or a related discipline and demonstrated professional experience in facilities management.
  • A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain.
  • A NSW WorkCover White Card.
  • Understanding of WHS legislation and regulations.
  • A current NSW driver's licence and own car for travel across the geographic span of the Diocese.
