We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Rehabilitation Counsellors. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping clients overcome psychological or physical injuries and return to work safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a caseload of clients with complex needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify barriers to work and develop tailored plans to address these challenges
- Provide vocational guidance and support to help clients achieve their goals
- Communicate effectively with clients, medical professionals, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Graduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Counselling or equivalent qualification
  • Full or associate membership with ASORC as a Rehabilitation Counsellor or AHPRA Provisional Psychologist registration
  • Proven experience in a similar role (desired)
  • Full Australian drivers' licence and reliable vehicle
  • National police check
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
