We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Rehabilitation Counsellor. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their recovery and return to work and life following injury or illness.
About the Position- Support clients in their recovery journey, assisting them to return to work and life following injury or illness;
- Conduct thorough assessments and case management services across various customer portfolios;
- Work collaboratively with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients;
- To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling (with full ASORC) or Psychology (with provisional or full AHPRA);
- A desire to work in Occupational Rehabilitation;
- A current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities;
- Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude, and a positive approach; and
- Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
