Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in delivering vocational rehabilitation services.

The role involves assisting individuals with work injuries to successfully reintegrate into the workforce. You will work closely with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to develop tailored rehabilitation plans, provide vocational assessments, and deliver support services aimed at achieving sustainable employment outcomes.

  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy and relevant registration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a caseload efficiently
  • Commitment to professional development and continuous learning
