This role is focused on delivering assessments and counselling to individuals who are adapting to a change in career goals and circumstances.
Main responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments to guide individuals toward new career paths, collaborating with healthcare professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive client outcomes, identifying barriers to Return to Work (RTW) and designing, implementing, and monitoring programs to assist injured employees in returning to the workforce.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans, strong stakeholder management and communication skills, an innovative mindset, and be willing to bring new ideas to the table.
We work with leading organisations to provide high-quality rehabilitation services. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a critical role in empowering others and advocating for recovery and return to work.
