We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Receptionist to enhance our hotel's guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable.
  • Effectively manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process payments, handle guest complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the concierge team to provide seamless guest experiences and exceed expectations.
  • Utilize Property Management System (PMS) knowledge to maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring data integrity and informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role at a reputable hotel establishment, with a strong track record of success.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in PMS systems, with ability to learn and adapt new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, with ability to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and nights, with ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Certified full Western Australian Driver's License, current and valid.
  • Australian National Police Clearance, issued within the last three months.
