At InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, we offer a unique opportunity for a service-focused individual to join our team as a Bell Attendant. Our hotel is committed to providing exceptional guest experiences, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion.
As a Bell Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them with a personalized service and ensuring their stay is memorable. Your role will involve greeting guests at their vehicle, providing a personal greeting upon their first interaction with our hotel, assisting with handling their luggage, connecting them to the Front Desk team, guiding them to their room, and providing a brief overview of hotel facilities and room features.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a hotel or customer service role, with a proven ability to provide an exceptional guest/customer experience. They will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, flexibility to work a range of hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, and hold a valid WA drivers license and unlimited/unrestricted working rights for Australia.
