Front Office Associate

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Front Office Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to hotel guests and visitors, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly service to external and internal guests.
  • Manage front office tasks, including selling hotel facilities, taking reservations, and maintaining guest accounts.
  • Respond to telephone calls in a professional manner.
  • Reconcile cashier floats at the completion of each shift.
  • Inform non-members about the benefits of Accor Live Limitless and assist with enrolments.
  • Perform night audit duties, including balancing day's transactions, preparing financial and operational reports, and ensuring accuracy of guest accounts.
  • Oversee hotel operations overnight, ensuring safety, security, and service standards are maintained.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Opera PMS.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues.
  • Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation.
  • Natural ability to delight guests with authentic service.
  • Genuine passion for hospitality and commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
