About the Opportunity

Our team is seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Case Manager in our Alternative to Custody (ATC) Program based in Alice Springs, NT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver trauma-informed residential support services
  • Develop and facilitate community-based programs for relapse prevention and well-being
  • Contribute to the formulation and review of resident plans
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Ensure resident comfort and dignity
  • Perform assessments and intakes as required
  • Participate in the development of new program content
  • Maintain accurate case notes and documentation
About You

To qualify, you will ideally hold a Certificate IV in Community Services (Alcohol and Other Drugs), or a related qualification. Experience working in case management is also essential.

  • A minimum of [X] years of experience in AOD or therapeutic community settings
  • Experience designing, facilitating, and participating in AOD and culturally-based group programs
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse clients and stakeholders in a non-judgmental and culturally appropriate manner
  • The ability to maintain accurate case notes, perform assessments, and deliver goal-oriented support
  • A sound understanding of the TC model and the ability to respond effectively to challenging behaviors
  • Strong organisational, time management, and documentation skills
  • Lived experience and/or Aboriginality highly desired
