Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Support Professional to provide high-quality technical assistance to our customers. This is a challenging role that requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


About the Role
  • Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
  • Work with vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
  • Communicate timely issue status and resolution to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate ticket updates for all reported incidents.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
  • CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or better.
  • Minimum of 3 -5 years of relevant IT experience.
  • Expertise in Windows 10-11, Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, Thin clients , VDI /Virtual client ,citrix client Enterprise anti-virus solutions, Helpdesk ticketing systems.

Key Skills
  • English speaker with excellent communication skills.
  • Mobile device management including IOS and Android devices, Enterprise encryption solutions, Windows PC/laptop management via Active Directory.
  • Proven analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with IT Service Management tools, specifically Service Now.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet service level agreements.
