">As a trusted advisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for value creation for the customer, measured by retention and expansion. They will also serve as the nexus for customer advocacy internally, ensuring alignment across various teams and stakeholders.
">We are seeking a highly motivated, individual contributor who thrives on customer interaction and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and fostering positive relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
">A strong understanding of SCADA and EMS technologies, both software and hardware, is essential for success in this role. Previous experience working as a SCADA project manager across multiple sites is highly desired. Proven experience managing, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting SCADA networks, hardware, and software will also be beneficial.
">Additional qualifications include commercial orientation, demonstrated experience in selling or servicing large, complex customers, and analytical skills. The ability to analyze customer data and draw actionable insights to improve customer outcomes is critical for success in this role.
