">About the Role

The Senior Digital Product Owner plays a pivotal role in shaping organisational capability through hands-on leadership, strategic influence, and deep expertise across all aspects of digital product development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Digital Product Development: Drive improvements in both digital experience and digital sales performance by leading cross-functional squads from concept to delivery.
  • Champion Digital Product Capability: Position it as a key enabler of member and business outcomes by developing and delivering Digital Product Strategy, incorporating customer insights and market trends.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with technology, frontline, and product teams to understand customer needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Prioritise and Manage: Prioritise and manage competing priorities, ensuring timely completion of work according to schedule.
Requirements:
  • Digital Product Leadership: Minimum 5+ years' experience as a senior Digital Product Owner, leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of delivering digital products that drive customer experience and commercial outcomes.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to articulate complex digital product decisions to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Strong Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
