The Role
This role requires a Chief Project Implementation Specialist to be a key player in the success of SAP++ Cloud, SuccessFactors EC, EC Payroll and Workforce Software implementation.
This 12-month contract will report into the Program Director based out of Macquarie Park.
Responsibilities
- Support Program Leadership: Assist the Program Director in overseeing the end-to-end implementation of SAP Cloud, SuccessFactors EC, EC Payroll, and Workforce Software.
- Hands-on Project Management: Actively manage key workstreams and tasks within the program, including developing detailed project plans, scheduling, and ensuring all teams are meeting deadlines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as an intermediary between the Business Program Manager and project stakeholders, ensuring that clear and timely communication is maintained.
- Team Coordination: Oversee day-to-day activities of the project teams, ensuring that project managers, consultants, and technical teams are aligned with the program objectives.
- Risk & Issue Management: Assist in identifying and mitigating risks, and help in managing and resolving issues as they occur.
- Budget & Resource Tracking: Help in monitoring the program's budget and resource allocation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a strong focus on ERP and HR system implementations, particularly SAP Cloud, SuccessFactors EC, EC Payroll, and Workforce Software.
- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, high-stakes project environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Location: Based out of Macquarie Park.
