About the Role

  • This is a key position within our client’s organization, responsible for ensuring seamless product implementation and effective stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably within the Fintech industry, with strong knowledge of software applications and project/product management principles. They will be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and provide exceptional support to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the product, including its features, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Liaise with Clients, Stakeholders, and Product Managers to understand requirements and document them accurately.
  • Translate Client and Internal Requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Product Configuration: Configure products or features based on documented requirements, ensuring they meet client expectations and company standards.
  • Campaign and Project Coordination: Work closely with multiple teams to run campaigns and execute projects effectively, ensuring timely and accurate implementation of initiatives.
  • Content Creation: Develop clear and concise documentation, user guides, and instructional materials to support product usage and implementation.
  • Process Design: Design new processes based on existing features to improve efficiency and effectiveness, implementing best practices for process design and improvement.
  • Feature Gatekeeping: Act as a gatekeeper for specific features, ensuring they are used correctly, monitoring feature usage, and providing feedback or training as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster collaboration between teams to achieve common goals, facilitating communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within the Fintech industry.
  • Japanese language speaker has an advantage but is not mandatory.
  • Agile team experience, familiar with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of software applications and project/product management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation and instructional materials.
  • Experience in coordinating projects and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with product configuration and implementation.
  • Familiarity with process design and improvement methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Australian work rights (PR, Partner visa, or citizenship) or graduate visa with full working rights for more than 9 months.
  • Working experience with Trading Platforms (Digital Options / CFD / Forex) is advantageous.
