About the Opportunity

This role is based in South Brisbane and reports to the Field Sales Support Team Lead. Your main focus will be providing administrative support to the QLD Field Sales and Account Management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Process customer forms and associated paperwork, including pricing">
  • Create Purchase Orders">
  • Coordinate domestic travel bookings">
  • Manage expenses">
  • Set up and process head-office rebates">
  • Prepare sales reporting and general reports as requested">
  • Process customer claims">
  • Develop and manage GoFormz templates and reports">
  • Perform general office duties, including supply management, laminating, photocopying, mail outs">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A high attention to detail and be highly organized">
  • A friendly and supportive attitude towards your role and ability to work with a large team">
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral">
  • At least 2 years of previous administrative experience working with a management team">
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office">
  • Experience in SAP and/or Salesforce would be beneficial">
  • Proficiency in analyzing and understanding data">
