Key Role

We are seeking an efficient sales coordinator to join our Sales Team. This role is based at our office and involves casual work three days a week.

You will provide full administrative support, overseeing various tasks and projects. You will be a confident communicator with excellent problem-solving and organisational skills, supporting the Sales Manager and liaising closely with key stakeholders.

Duties include managing sales administration processes, coordinating work rosters and leave calendars, compiling and updating sales reports, maintaining sales information systems, and supporting workflow management across sales and tender paperwork.

About You

To succeed in this role, you must have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organisational and system skills. A proven track record in a sales support role and passion for the residential building industry are highly regarded.

Customer service experience, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and positive attitude are essential.
