As a Recovery Support Technician, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to achieve their recovery goals. This challenging and rewarding position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide empathetic and understanding services that are driven by the needs of consumers.
  • Model personal responsibility, self-advocacy, and hopefulness in all interactions.
  • Facilitate access to community resources that promote recovery and well-being.
  • Participate in meetings and consumer staffings to develop programs that support client needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and facility staff to ensure a safe and sanitary living environment.
  • Respond to calls and messages, receive and distribute mail, and monitor video surveillance equipment when necessary.
Promoting the Recovery Model

Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of 21 years old.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Personal experience with the recovery process and a willingness to discuss it as needed.
  • Demonstrated skills in human services, particularly working with adults.
  • Ability to work within an organizational structure and accept supervision.
  • Capacity to work constructively with consumers, treatment resources, and the community.
  • A valid driver's license, private auto insurance, and insurability.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and electronic medical records.
