Key Responsibilities:
  1. Model traits such as accountability, self-advocacy, and hopefulness.
  2. Refer and connect consumers to community resources.
  3. Attend meetings and consumer staffings to develop programs and services.
  4. Maintain a safe and sanitary living environment with colleagues and consumers.
  5. Respond to calls and messages, and observe video surveillance equipment where applicable.

Promote the recovery model of treatment, emphasizing trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, and spirituality/connectedness.

Qualifications:
  1. 21 years old or older.
  2. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  3. Personal experience with the recovery process and willingness to discuss it openly.
  4. Skills in human services and working with adults are essential.
  5. Ability to work within an organizational structure and accept supervision.
  6. Demonstrated ability to work constructively with consumers, treatment resources, and the community is vital.
  7. A valid driver's license, private auto insurance, and being insurable are mandatory.
  8. Basic computer skills, including MS Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and an electronic medical record system, are required.
