", "5. Collaborate with co-workers, supervisors, and facility staff members to maintain a safe and sanitary living environment.
", "6. Respond to calls and messages, receive and distribute mail, and monitor video surveillance equipment where applicable.

Promoting the Recovery Model:

", "As a Recovery Support Technician, you will play a vital role in promoting the recovery model, which emphasizes trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, and spirituality/connectedness.", "Qualifications and Requirements", "To be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:
", "1. Be at least 21 years old.
", "2. Possess a minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
", "3. Have personal experience with the recovery process and be willing to discuss it appropriately.
", "4. Demonstrate skills in human services and working with adults.
", "5. Show ability to work within an organizational structure and accept supervision.
", "6. Be able to work constructively with consumers, treatment resources, and the community.
", "7. Possess a valid driver's license, private auto insurance, and be insurable.
", "8. Have basic computer skills, including MS Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and electronic medical records.", "
