Job Overview

The Aged Care Services Director will be responsible for driving clinical programs to ensure positive outcomes for clients, ensuring compliance with national aged care regulations, and fostering a culture of service-based employee growth and development.

This role is ideal for a Senior RN or Clinical Coordinator looking to step up into a leadership position. The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications in nursing, current registration as a Registered Nurse, and prior experience in the Aged Care industry in a senior clinical and supervisory/management position.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and drive clinical programs to achieve positive outcomes for clients
  • Ensure adherence to national aged care standards and infection control protocols
  • Provide guidance and support to team members
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet business objectives
  • Foster a culture of service-based employee growth and development

Key Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree or tertiary qualification in nursing
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Prior experience in the Aged Care industry in a senior clinical and supervisory/management position
