**About the role**

HillView Care is currently seeking a receptionist to fill a permanent part time position who is available during the weekdays and the occasional weekend. You will be an enthusiastic, dependable and vibrant team player with a strong customer service focus and a personable approach. We are looking for someone who genuinely cares and in return, we will provide you with an environment where you will feel supported and appreciated.

**Responsibilities of the role**
- Operate the front office function of the facility
- Maintenance of information systems and relevant documentation
- Checking visitors, Flu vaccinations and temperature checks when entering the facility
- Manage respite and permanent bookings for Admin Team
- Liaise with external providers e.g. discharge planners, financial planners, Medicare
- General Understanding of the Aged Care System, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, the Charter of Residents' rights and Responsibilities, and the Residential Aged Care Manual
- Understanding of the needs of an aged care facility and its residents or previous work in the medical industry
- Learn admissions and discharges to upskill and step in to cover holidays

- National Police Check
