Expert Cost Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop detailed cost plans by accurately measuring all elements required for project preparation.
- Pricing individual items within the cost plan, using first principals and engaging with markets where necessary.
- Prepare regular cost reports to ensure transparency and accuracy.
- Analyze tender returns and provide recommendations on tender selection.
- Evaluate contractor variations and assess payment claims.
- Utilize benchmarking and market intelligence data to inform decision-making.
- Leverage digital tools, such as the Hive, to streamline deliverables.
- A minimum of 2-3 years post-graduate experience in a relevant field.
- Membership or current pathway to membership with AIQS or RICS.
- Experience with CostX is highly desirable.
- A thorough understanding of the project lifecycle, including pre-contract, procurement, and post-contract activities.
