We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Management Expert to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support across all aspects of projects.
The successful candidate will have:
- a proven track record in cost estimation, planning, and management;
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience. Membership of the Australia Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS) or Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is also desirable.
In this role, you will engage with various stakeholders to obtain quotations and pricing to support cost estimates, and develop and present final cost plans. You will also be responsible for measuring building elements and assessing variations.
