Senior Cost Estimator

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Cost Estimator to lead the estimation process from tendering through to project handover.

This includes preparing accurate cost plans, sourcing quotes, and collaborating closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure project profitability and competitiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender proposals for commercial fitout projects.
  • Review and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and scope alignment.
  • Provide cost input during design development, offering value engineering insights where needed.
  • Work closely with project and design teams to support financial accuracy through all project phases.
  • Maintain up-to-date pricing databases and historical cost benchmarks.
  • Assist with progress claims and cost-to-complete reports during construction delivery.
