We are seeking a skilled Estimator to manage the full estimating process from tender to submission across residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse drawings, plans, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates and bills of quantities.
  • Source competitive pricing from subcontractors and suppliers, negotiating terms where required.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure budgets align with client and delivery requirements.
  • Review tender documentation, identify risks and value opportunities, and provide ongoing cost advice.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in estimating within residential and commercial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and cost planning.
  • Proven ability to deliver accurate tenders on projects up to multi-million-dollar value.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and MS Excel; exposure to Procore advantageous.
