We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction management team, you will play a crucial role in helping clients manage construction costs and ensure financial efficiency throughout project stages.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed and accurate cost analyses, estimates, cost plans, and feasibility studies for construction projects. You will also be expected to demonstrate technical proficiency in all aspects of pre and post contract QS services.
Key Responsibilities:
