Job Title: Endpoint Engineering Operations Manager

This role involves leading a team of professionals responsible for ensuring the successful execution of endpoint engineering methodologies.

  • Drive a high performance culture within the team and provide technical leadership to ensure best practice support is executed.
  • Lead automation efforts, driving improvements and efficiencies, and oversee daily operations of the endpoint engineering team.
  • Validate and maintain client risk and issues registers, providing governance to all implementations and changes affecting the end user SOE environment.
  • Assist in the identification and implementation of shift left initiatives and contribute to project design principals resulting in service improvements, efficiencies and/or cost reductions.

The role requires:

  • Comprehensive understanding of supporting customers across an outsourced delivery environment.
  • Previous operational management experience within a managed services environment, with excellent financial knowledge surrounding profit and loss.
  • Knowledge of hardware and software vendors' support processes, including product lifecycles.
  • Advanced end-user management knowledge, modern and traditional endpoint device management solutions (SCCM, Intune, AutoPilot, and other MDM/endpoint management solutions).
  • Microsoft operating system configuration & deployment (Win10- Win11), collaboration platforms (Teams for Business, Planner) and exceptional interpersonal skills.

  • Beginner-level project management principles and/or project management certifications.
  • Able to work with customers to conduct discovery tasks to support project engagements.
  • M365 stack exposure and Azure Virtual Desktop experience.
  • Apple OS support and project experience.
  • ITIL certifications.
