Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Lead to drive revenue growth through strategic application of digital products and services. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with Client Partners to develop audience, technology, and trading solutions that leverage our assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will act as a digital subject matter expert, guiding best practices within the Client Partnerships team.
  • Drive digital revenue growth through strategic planning and proactive client engagement.
  • Develop tailored digital strategies that align with client objectives and enhance satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyse digital sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital thinking into client relationships.
  • Provide feedback to product teams to refine offerings and support product development.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of success in selling digital products, solutions, or services is essential.
  • A solid technical background in digital technologies, platforms, and tools is necessary.
  • Leadership qualities, including motivation, result-driven approach, and fostering collaboration, are required.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, such as sales, account management, or customer success, is valuable.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans and initiatives is an asset.
